Embrace a Yoga Practise Made For You to Keep Moving
Welcome to a warm and supportive online yoga space, offering a gentle yoga practice designed especially for mature people who want to move with ease and confidence.
Led by Maryanne – a friendly, down-to-earth practitioner, each session always helps you feel steady, nurtured and connected in mind, body and spirit.
Meet Maryanne
I love teaching yoga, from watching as people finally touching their toes to the beauty of achieving stillness in relaxation. As they connect to themselves and support each other in the journey. Learning to breath, sounds simple but is the connection between our heart and everything else.
Yoga Classes to Suit Everyone
Maryanne’s classes
are a lovely design
and plan...
unique, playful and relaxed letting you move at your own pace.
Maryanne engages
the class and uses
clear instructions...
yet weaves humour and compassion into the session.
I would recommend
this Back Care
program for anyone...
wanting more back flexibility. The results for me were tangible.
