My Story

I began my own yoga journey with a curiosity for movement and a desire to feel more grounded in body and mind. Over time, that curiosity blossomed into a committed practice that helped me cultivate strength, calm and resilience in my everyday life.

Through years of study, personal practice and teaching, I’ve learned that yoga is not just postures, but a toolkit for living well. It nurtures flexibility in the body and adaptability in life. My passion is to share this with you in ways that are supportive, encouraging and accessible.”
